You will board an elegant and comfortable sailing boat to experience the natural beauty of the Marine Protected Area of Tavolara and Molara, near Olbia, where both the port and the airport are located.
This special excursion departs from the enchanting Porto San Paolo Marina, located between Olbia and San Teodoro, directly facing the islands of Tavolara and Molara.
There will be stops for swimming in some of the most beautiful bays of Sardinia, such as Porto Istana, Cala Girgolu, or the three beaches of Capo Ceraso, depending on the wind and sea conditions of the day, as decided by the skipper.
You will then sail towards the famous "Piscine di Molara," a stunning stretch of sea between the island and the coast where the water's incredible turquoise color and transparency will leave you breathless. Here, you can enjoy a refreshing swim and a delicious aperitif on board.
Next, the tour will head towards the majestic island of Tavolara, a limestone and granite mountain that rises from the sea to a height of 560 meters, stretching over four kilometers. Tavolara is known as the smallest kingdom in the world and is covered in lush Mediterranean vegetation, with colors that blend the green of junipers and rosemary with the vibrant blues and emerald greens of the surrounding waters.
The island is the focal point and symbolic heart of the Tavolara-Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Protected Area, which extends along 76 kilometers of coastline.
Finally, in the afternoon, you will enjoy a beautiful sail back towards Porto San Paolo, keeping an eye out for dolphins, who often swim alongside the boat in this magical part of Sardinia.
ITINERARY: Tavolara, Molara,
DURATION: 7 - 8 hours
Two or three stops are always planned, with an itinerary that can vary, depending on the weather conditions and the decisions of the skipper. You can swim, swim from the boat, snorkel and, wind permitting, swim towards enchanting coves and beaches.
APERITIF AND LUNCH
Lunch will be served on board and includes: a typical aperitif based on typical products; followed by lunch, cooked on board, based on pasta with fish according to the recipes of the characteristic Sardinian cuisine and also: Vermentino wine, beer, soft drinks and water, fruit, Sardinian sweets and myrtle, the typical Sardinian liqueur extracted from the Mediterranean vegetation characteristic of these islands.
